Store Policies

Thank you for shopping with Mike & Jojo baby boutique! Please review our store policies below. 

Item Availability

Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. If this occurs, a member of our team will contact you via email or phone and notify you of the expected delivery date of the back-ordered item. 

Order Fulfillment

Orders are generally shipped in 2-3 business days after your order is processed and standard shipping is normally 3-7 business days. During launches, turnaround times will be longer than usual.

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

With our commitment to process online orders quickly, order changes and/or cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours of placement of the original order. Changes or requests made after 12 hours may not be accepted. If your order has already been processed, you will need to refer to the Return Policy below. We cannot guarantee change requests but will make our best effort if the order has not been processed. Please send all order changes or cancellation requests to: melissa@mikeandjojo.com. The order will be refunded less credit card processing fees. 

Sales Tax

Only Canadian orders are subject to sales tax. All prices are featured in Canadian dollars. 

Shipping and Handling

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number.  

Return Policy

14 days from date of purchase, items may be returned by mail or in person for a store credit. Tags must be attached, and items must be in perfect unworn condition. If you would like to return your shipped order back to us, please contact us first by email at melissa@mikeandjojo.com.

Some items are considered final sale (see full list below). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please understand, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that may have become lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and have processed the store credit to your account.

Additionally, the following items are also final sale:

  • Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
  • Items that have been assembled or modified
  • Personalized goods
  • All special ordered items (including but not limited to all furniture)

Damaged Goods

You may notify us of the receipt of damaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date, and we will ship a replacement within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation that your items were received damaged. If the product is no longer available for replacement, we will issue a refund for the item. Please email a picture of your damaged item along with your order number to melissa@mikeandjojo.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Mike & Jojo reserves the right to have defective merchandise shipped back.
