Store Policies

Thank you for shopping with Mike & Jojo baby boutique! Please review our store policies below. 

Item Availability

Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. If this occurs, a member of our team will contact you via email or phone and notify you of the expected delivery date of the back-ordered item. 

Order Fulfillment

Orders are generally shipped in 2-3 business days after your order is processed and standard shipping is normally 3-7 business days. 

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

With our commitment to process online orders quickly, order changes and/or cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placement of the original order. Changes or requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted. If your order has already been processed, you will need to refer to the Return Policy below. Please send all order changes or cancellation requests to: info@mikeandjojo.com. 

Sales Tax

Only Canadian orders are subject to sales tax. All prices are featured in Canadian dollars. 

Shipping and Handling

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number. All parcels are shipped fully insured. If a parcel happens to be lost, our team will conduct an investigation. Once confirmed missing, the order will be re-shipped immediately. 

Return Policy

Refunds will be given within 14 days in the same tender as the original transaction minus shipping charges on all returnable products. Please contact Mike & Jojo first by email at info@mikeandjojo.com to obtain approval and receive a Return Authorization Number (This number must be written on the outside of the package of the returned parcel). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (unopened) or with original tags on clothing goods still intact. For returns without a receipt, you will receive the lowest sale price in the last six months. Please note that some items are final sale (please see list below). Personalized goods, special ordered items, greeting cards and gift cards are also non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for items that may have become lost, stolen or damaged in return shipment. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 41 Maywood Avenue St. Catharines Ontario CA L2R 1C5. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days from approval. If an item is past the 14 day period or considered final sale, then we may make an exception an charge a 15% restocking fee.

Mike & Jojo customers can always be confident that our products are brand new, unused and attain a high standard of quality. For safety and hygienic reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bath & Hygiene related items
  • Bottles & Bottle nipples
  • Breast pumps & accessories
  • Clothing & footwear marked on sale (25% or higher)
  • Diapers & swim diapers
  • Electronics
  • Feeding items
  • Food
  • Furniture
  • Infant Car Seats and Car Seat Bases
  • Mattresses
  • Nursing bras
  • Personal care products
  • Potty
  • Teethers & Pacifiers 

Additionally, the following items are also final sale:

  • Gift cards
  • Greeting cards
  • Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
  • Items that have been assembled or modified
  • Personalized goods
  • All special ordered items (including but not limited to all furniture)

Damaged Goods

You may notify us of the receipt of damaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date, and we will ship a replacement within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation that your items were received damaged. Please email a picture of your damaged item along with your order number to info@mikeandjojo.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
