Once a month, we run a little game we love — our Dutch Auction. It's one of our favourite ways to share some of our favourite pieces at deeper and deeper savings, and it's exclusive to our loyalty community.

How a Dutch Auction works

It's a bit of a strategy game — and that's what makes it fun. Prices start high and drop over time. The earlier you shop, the more selection you have. The longer you wait, the better the price gets — but the popular pieces tend to go fast, and once something's gone, it's gone.

So it really comes down to your call: grab it when you see it at a price you're happy with, or hold out for a lower price and risk losing it to someone else.

Here's how it goes each month:

1. Watch for your email. Loyalty members get the auction link, the start time, and all the details the morning it goes live.
2. Have a browse. A curated mix of pieces from the brands you love — usually some Kyte, Rylee + Cru, Jax + Lennon, Quincy Mae, Noralee, and often some gear from Bugaboo, Nuna, or Maxi Cosi.
3. Shop when the price feels right for you. Whether that's day one at the higher price for first pick, or later for the deeper discount.
4. Checkout like normal. Add to cart, check out, done.

How to join in

The auction is one of the perks of being part of our loyalty community. Joining is free, and you'll also earn points on every purchase, get early access to sales, and a few other surprises along the way.

When does the auction happen?

Can anyone shop the auction?

It's a loyalty-community thing — that's part of what makes it special, and it's our way of saying thank you for shopping with us. Joining is free and takes about a minute.

What brands are usually in the auction?

It varies each month, but you'll usually find pieces from Kyte, Rylee + Cru, Jax + Lennon, Quincy Mae, Noralee, and gear from Bugaboo, Nuna, or Maxi Cosi.

What if something I want sells out before the price drops?

That's the strategy of it — it really is first come, first served. If you've got your eye on something specific, you'll have to decide whether it's worth grabbing at the current price or risking the wait. We can't bring items back once they're gone.
