We started Mike & Jojo because we love this stage of life — the early years with little ones — and we love getting to know the families who shop with us. Our loyalty community is how we say thank you for being part of ours.

Joining is free, and you'll earn points on everything you buy, get first access to our monthly Dutch Auction and seasonal sales, and a few other things we've built into it that we're genuinely proud of.

What you get

Points on every purchase. Every dollar you spend earns a point, and points turn into store credit when you're ready to use them. Leave a review on something you loved, refer a friend, hit certain order totals — those all earn points too.

Access to our monthly Dutch Auction. Once a month we run a Dutch Auction — a curated mix of previous-season pieces from your favourite brands like Kyte, Rylee + Cru, Jax + Lennon, Quincy Mae, and Noralee — at deeper and deeper savings as the auction runs. It's exclusive to members.

Tiered perks as you grow with us. The more you shop with us over time, the more we have to share — better rewards, special offers, and a few surprises along the way.

The tiers

Everyone starts at Sprout when they join. As you earn points, you grow into the next tier — and each one comes with more goodness.

🌱 Sprout — Welcome to the community. You're earning points on every purchase, you've got access to the Dutch Auction, and free shipping kicks in on orders over $150.

🌸 Bloom — Once you've earned 300 points, you've reached Bloom. You'll start getting little extras and earlier access to seasonal sales.

🌺 Blossom — At 1,000 points, you're a Blossom member. The rewards get richer, and you'll get a heads-up on new arrivals before they go public.

✨ Flourish — Our top tier, for our most loyal community members. Flourish unlocks our best perks — free shipping on orders over $75, an extra 10% off full-price pieces, and other thoughtful surprises throughout the year.

A couple of things that make our program a little different

Help a Friend. You can gift some of your points to another member — for a friend who just had a baby, a sister who's expecting, or anyone in your circle who could use a little kindness. It's our way of letting you share the joy of this stage with the people you love.

Help a Neighbour. You can also donate points to a community pool. We use those points to support families in our community who could use a hand — quietly, with care, and with your help. It's something we feel strongly about, and it's only possible because of you.

Is it free to join?

Yes, completely free. Sign up takes about a minute.

How do I earn points?

You'll earn one point for every dollar spent. You can also earn points by leaving a review, referring a friend, signing up, and a few other ways we'll share with you once you're in.

How do I redeem points?

When you're ready, your points convert to store credit you can use at checkout. We'll show you exactly how it works in your member account.

Do points expire?

The full rules live in your member account so you can see your points, your tier, and everything you've earned anytime.

Do sale items earn points?

Yes — sale items still earn points, just at a different rate. We've kept this page simple, but you'll find the full earning rules in your member account once you join.

What's the Dutch Auction?

A loyalty-exclusive event we run once a month — a curated mix of previous-season pieces at prices that drop as the auction runs. Members get the link and timing by email each month. Learn more about the Dutch Auction →
