Long ago, Mary and Joseph traveled by donkey to Bethlehem for the birth of Jesus. The Nativity donkey symbolizes knowledge, humility, poverty, courage and peace. Your Christmas buddy Daphne joyfully sings “Silent Night” with a press of her leg, and with a second press recites Isaiah 9:6 “For unto us a Child is born…” A third press mutes our merry donkey for quiet cuddle time.
I Sing and Pray!
Silent night, Holy night; All is calm, all is bright; Round yon virgin, mother and child; Holy infant, tender and mild; Sleep in heavenly peace, Sleep in heavenly peace.
For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God Everlasting; Father, Prince of Peace.
